The way the weapons feel in the campaign and the multiplayer is like night and day. Remember how I said the campaign was lacking? Well, the same can be said for the multiplayer.
The multiplayer for this game is probably long dead, but this was what really made people made back in the day. There is no denying that some of the set pieces that happen are very well done. While I feel the story is not exactly award-winning stuff. One area that the game does excel in is the production values. Yet, you just feel like something is lacking in terms of the gameplay. The gunplay can be exciting and the missions do try and shake things up with having some on a boat, you on the run, and so on. The game feels like it is just going through the motions. The problem is by the time that Medal of Honor: Warfighter was released first person shooter fans had come to expect a lot more from their games. The campaign is better than most people give it credit it for. Many people will say that this game flat out sucks, but I think that is very, very harsh. It does not have memorable characters or anything like that, but it is big, loud, and over the top. The story is ok, many people hate it, but I think it has a big action movie feel to it. He along with the rest of the Tier 1 Squad head back out into the world to take down terror wherever it may be. Medal of Honor: Warfighter features Preacher from the first game who has returned home and found things are not exactly good. I always got the impression that EA wanted a game with a gritty modern story like we got in the Modern Warfare games and that is how this game feels in terms of its story. The story here is very interesting in that this is a direct sequel to the last Medal of Honor game.
EA tried their best in 2010 to bring the series back and Warfighter would follow on from that. It was Medal of Honor that was the premier first-person shooter series around. Medal of Honor: Warfighter had the unenvious task of competing with the first Black Ops game and Battlefield 2! What is interesting is that before we had Call of Duty and Battlefield.
